Job summary

Gordon Food Service in the United States is seeking a Senior Vendor Receivables Analyst to track and report vendor income through analysis, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive vendor income reconciliation, support Finance Leadership, Marketing, and Procurement, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring accuracy of financial records.

Hybrid work, 4 days in office and 1 day from home, with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required plus 2+ years of full-time related work experience
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements to vendor receivables processes
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and variance analyses
• Lead payment reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze reports; provide insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Support Supervisor with reporting and departmental initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
