Job summary

Gordon Food Service seeks an Associate Cost Analyst to support cost factor maintenance, vendor cost analyses, and successful execution of purchasing agreements across North America. The role focuses on minimizing cost issues, improving margins, and partnering with AP, V/R, and category teams.

You will work under supervision, with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day from home) and grow through exposure to ERP systems, vendor performance programs, and continuous cost improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Category Management during analysis of vendor cost changes.
• Coordinates with Vendor Receivables Team for timely execution of purchasing agreements.
• Supports communication of information to marketing, bids, buyers, and supply chain analysts.
• Interacts with Accounts Payable and vendor community to resolve cost discrepancies.
• Assists in maintaining cost factors across North America and supports stores in the US.
