• Curate and art-direct a consistent visual feed across owned channels.
• Wring narrative clarity from a feature list three product managers fought over.
• Grow a scrappy Miro toolkit into a documented system the next hire inherits.
• Push clarity-seeking design directions far enough to feel new, close enough to feel us.
• Map where Communication and Mentoring overlap, then live in that messy middle.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and editorial teams based in Sparks.
• Generate concepts for hybrid campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned media.
