Job summary
Zoro Tools, Inc. is seeking a UX Researcher to partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate customer insights into intuitive digital experiences.
You will conduct formative and evaluative studies, synthesize findings, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders to guide product decisions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of UX research experience, a degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically for on-site B2B
Qualifications
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science or similar fields of study
- 3+ years of UX research experience in-house or consulting
- Experience gathering feedback from customers or end users
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Occasional on-site B2B research travel in the Chicago area
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct research using diverse methodologies to uncover customer needs and behaviors
- Develop test plans, discussion guides, reports and video highlights
- Deliver actionable insights to inform design, product and engineering
- Collaborate with senior and lead researchers on complex studies
- Prepare recruitment and logistics for research activities
