Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing UX related programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Ads business or policy/regulatory driven environment.
• Experience collaborating with senior UX, product managers, and engineers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-faceted programs across multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of UX process and user-centered development.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a new web portal within the Privacy & Regs UX program.
• Plan, manage, and drive cross-functional program delivery.
• Define priorities and maintain a clear brief, plan, and schedule.
• Communicate program health, risks, and resource needs to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify issues and own solutions to resolve them.
• Coordinate with Engineers, PMs, and UX disciplines to align interdependencies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver on time.
