Job summary

Qualifications

• Portfolio link demonstrating user-centered design process and shipped products.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related UX role.
• Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system.
• Proficiency with Figma and creating wireframes, workflows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Understanding of UX principles, IA and accessibility (WCAG).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the UX team's design system across products.
• Create, document, and update reusable UI components and patterns.
• Educate teams on design system usage and best practices.
• Design user-centered experiences from concept through implementation.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear interfaces.
• Present work to cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.
• Support design research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Technology on planning, definition, design, development and testing.
