Job summary

Creative Circle is seeking a UX Designer with strong design systems experience to lead a scalable design system that ensures consistency across products. This full-time role partners with product, design, and engineering to implement components, documentation, and accessibility standards.

You will own the system, collaborate with frontend engineers, maintain Figma assets, and drive governance, training, and adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UX/Product Design experience.
• 1-2+ years focused on design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating component design, systems thinking, and documentation.
• Experience partnering closely with front-end engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Figma, component libraries, variables, and design tokens.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
