HealthEZ is seeking a detail-oriented Utilization and Pre-Authorization Analyst in Minnesota. This hybrid role supports utilization review and pre-authorization functions within Medical Management, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations.

You will work across Medical Management, Clinical Operations, IT, and vendors to ensure compliant service delivery, with onsite three days and two remote days.

A Bachelor's or equivalent experience is required and benefits are included.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field with 3+ years in healthcare.
• Or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of related healthcare experience.
• Experience in prior authorization, utilization management, and clinical ops.

Responsabilidades

• Translate requirements into clear authorization rules and data.
• Establish documentation standards, testing, and governance.
• Collaborate across Medical Management, Clinical Ops, IT.
• Maintain vendor relationships and delegated UM partners.
• Organize complex information with version control.
• Support implementation readiness and ongoing operations.
