Qualifications

• Experience managing electric utility infrastructure or construction projects.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, schedule and vendors for small-to-medium projects.
• Experience with permitting, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and WorkIT for reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage electric utility infrastructure and undergrounding projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, scope, resources, deliverables.
• Coordinate overhead-to-underground initiatives to improve grid reliability and reduce wildfire risk.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including permitting and environmental/regulatory requirements.
• Prepare status reports and management updates; build stakeholder alignment.
