Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison across Controllership and other functions to support accounting initiatives.
• Translate complex accounting conclusions into practical processes and controls.
• Create procedures and metrics to improve consistency and control across Controllership.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability in the accounting function.
• Lead integration activities including close readiness and data mapping.
• Support system implementations, testing, and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled tools and automation in accounting.
