Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of PC software applications.

• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Sentry systems and processing.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain customer information and forms in various systems.
• Handle complex transactions by gathering data, updating systems, and ensuring resolution.
• Ensure data and materials meet company standards for compliance, completeness, and quality.
• Collaborate with underwriters and agents to prepare new or renewal files and risk/exposure reports.
• Compile underwriting records, quotes, and contracts; verify information with customers or agents.
• Respond to internal and external requests, document activities in systems, produce reports, and process cancellations.
