This hybrid role requires 4 days onsite in the office and involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Unified Communications and network infrastructure within secure environments. The ideal candidate has CCIE-level expertise or an active CCNP certification and substantial experience with Cisco routing, switching, and collaboration platforms, along with

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network and Unified Communications environments.
• CCIE certification preferred or active CCNP certification required.
• Strong expertise with Cisco routing, switching, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting secure environments and adhering to government security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Unified Communications and network infrastructure solutions.
• Configure and maintain Cisco routing, switching, voice, and collaboration technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex network and UC issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to support secure network architectures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
