The University of Colorado Boulder’s Student Academic Success Center is seeking a Program Manager for TRiO SSS to lead operations, training, and evaluation for a six-year student support pathway.

You will supervise hourly student workers, coordinate budgeting and scholarship processes, and collaborate with campus partners to enhance recruitment, retention, and post-baccalaureate outcomes. This role emphasizes collegiality, professionalism, and data-driven program improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRiO legislation, regulation, and history.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of student development in academic mentoring and employment supervising roles.
• Skills in data management and social media marketing.
• Ability to facilitate multi‑modality workshops and services for on‑campus or online participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of this educational opportunity program through its annual cycle from high school outreach to alumni relations.
• Work with the Director to implement plan of operations, including scholarship disbursement, workshop facilitation, enrichment activities, and collaborative projects with center, campus, and community partners.
• Hire, train, and supervise student hourly employees in student leadership roles.
• Perform delegated independent duties to ensure delivery of required and permissible services based on logic model.
