Correll Law Firm, PC seeks a Senior, Trial-Ready Litigation Paralegal for a full-time hybrid role based in Winchester or Harrisonburg, VA. The candidate will master complex litigation files, support trial counsel, and drive cases forward with high ownership in a zero-drama environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in civil litigation paralegal work, familiarity with Virginia and Federal courts, and a proven track record in depositions and trials.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably in PI or medical malpractice.
• Strong knowledge of Virginia Circuit Court, General District Court, and Federal Court rules and filing procedures.
• Proven ability to support trial attorneys in depositions, discovery, pretrial filings, and trials.
• Hybrid Schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET) based out of Winchester, VA or Harrisonburg, VA with in-person days.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain litigation calendars across Virginia Circuit Courts, General District Courts, and Federal Courts with a 0% error rate on deadlines.
• Participate in monthly audits of statutes and deadlines across active matters.
• Provide direct trial readiness support during trials, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, disclosures, and motions under attorney supervision.
• Review medical records, manage chronologies, resolve liens, and prepare settlement disbursement sheets.
• Maintain proactive client communications and coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
