You will manage discovery through hearings, depositions, and trial, taking ownership of challenging assignments and collaborating closely with attorneys.

This hybrid role offers in‑office and remote work, with opportunities to work on sophisticated matters and play a hands‑on role in trial preparation and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of defense litigation experience required.
• Experience with e‑discovery and ESI databases preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout complex litigation life cycle, with emphasis on trial preparation and trial support.
• Prepare legal documents and manage discovery materials.
• Coordinate discovery-related activities and calendar deadlines.
• Organize case files and maintain databases.
• Assist with hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and vendors on e‑discovery and trial matters.
