Job summary

Fulton Bank seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the Sales team by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in onboarding and development of client solutions across the Fulton footprint.

The role requires strong Treasury product knowledge, collaboration with sales and implementation teams, and excellent communication. A hybrid work model is offered across DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA with emphasis on client satisfaction and accurate data analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years banking, sales administration, or international trade-related role.
• 2+ years customer service experience in financial services.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare sales reports.
• Support pre-sales planning and coordinate with Relationship Managers.
• Assist in onboarding and development of client solutions.
• Monitor onboarding processes and ensure quality client service.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
