Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to lead the Treasury and Payments Solutions team, owning day-to-day financial operations for clients. You will manage and develop a team, oversee multiple engagements, and drive high-quality service delivery in a collaborative, client-focused setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, internal controls, and the ability to scale operations across the outsourcing group, while supporting career progression within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field is required.
• 6–10+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, payment processing, or related accounting/treasury services.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team, including direct reports and cross-functional teams, with the ability to lead 4+ people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute treasury operations, including payment processing, funding requests, and cash positioning.
• Review and monitor accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Perform or review account and bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain SOPs for various client processes.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with mentorship and performance management.
