Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or 4–6 years of related experience.
• Prior experience supporting Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking Services, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Banking functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Treasury Support team with bank documentation management and Treasury payments.
• Manage bank portal administration, payment inquiries, and account maintenance.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for treasury staff and bank access changes.
• Process signer updates, POA changes, bank forms, merchant requests, and account change forms.
• Collaborate with BPO teams to transition activities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Respond to inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and provide cross-functional support.
