Cruise Planners is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for a hybrid role to support the Business Development team and coordinate multiple tasks and projects. The role also serves as a backup for BD Coaches across Regions as needed.

The position requires 5+ years in travel, sales, and marketing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Occasional travel and after-hours work may be required, with remote days on Mondays and Fridays and onsite Tue–Thu.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in travel, sales, and marketing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to attend occasional CP events as needed, outside of Home Office.
• Occasional travel as needed.
• Occasionally work outside normal business hours and regular schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule all Lunch and Learn sessions and manage the yearly calendar with preferred suppliers.
• Manage all requests for booking transfers from corporate to agent level for unpaid bookings.
• Update cruise line agent information and ownership changes when needed.
• Upload Star University class photos to agents' profiles and distribute to those who didn’t pick them up.
• Coordinate CP Updates Meetings held every Wednesday.
• Assist BD Team with new agents to fast track qualification and sales process.
• Oversee a business jumpstart program for Twinkling Star agents with tailored coaching.
• Assist BD Team as floating BD Coach and lead BD group sessions as needed.
• Perform special research and other projects as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to manage a territory, build relationships, and motivate others to hit sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Social Media Platforms, Zoom, Canva and various travel industry software applications.
• Strong Relationship Management and interpersonal skills.
