Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an experienced professional to lead traffic revenue and demand modeling efforts for toll facilities in the North Region of the United States. You will perform data-rich analyses, guide project teams, and ensure high-quality technical work across multiple studies.

The role demands strong writing, presentation and leadership skills, with travel as required. Domestic and international travel may be involved to support projects and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with Master’s degree; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic revenue and demand modeling for toll agencies in the North Region.
• Execute advanced data analysis supporting traffic and revenue studies.
• Manage tasks and QA/QC procedures on projects.
• Coordinate technical content and mentor junior staff on projects.
• Edit and QA deliverables to ensure technical accuracy.
