Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• BS in Civil Engineering + 6 years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and analysis of drainage systems for transportation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost-efficient drainage solutions.
• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using modeling software.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and construction documents.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for timely delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Represent the organization in client meetings and presentations.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
