Southern California Edison is seeking a Transmission Project Manager to lead multiple capital projects from planning through execution. You will work with licensing, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to coordinate schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while interfacing with external customers.

The role requires senior PM experience in planning, execution, and control of electric utility projects, with hybrid work in California and travel up to 25%.

Formación

• Seven or more years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification and/or Project Management Certificate.
• Experience in Planning or Construction, with an Electric Utility.
• Experience reading and interpreting Construction Maps and Plans.
• Experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience leading large capital projects, coordinating deliverables and reporting status.
• Experience with SharePoint, BI Dashboards, and Data Analytics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including CoPilot.

Responsabilidades

• Manages one or more moderately complex projects effectively using PM principles, tools, and techniques under time constraints.
• Directs project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure for core PM disciplines.
• Leads simple to moderately complex projects, delivering on team goals with stakeholder influence.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership to drive projects forward.
• Manages planning, development, and execution of electric transmission/distribution projects.
• Drives milestones and reports on transmission/distribution projects including design, schedules, filings, and coordination.
• Performs complex power flow and fault analysis studies to determine system impacts.
• Facilitates development plans, work packages, testing procedures, energization sequences.
• Protects company assets and properly handling sensitive information.
