Mindlance, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager 1 or 2 to develop and manage customer-focused transmission projects for the Grid Expansion portfolio. The role involves large-scale load clients and generator interconnections, with emphasis on Primavera P6 scheduling and Ecosys financials.

You will travel about 10% to site locations from Durham, NC to Clemson, SC, work in a hybrid model, and collaborate with cross-functional utility teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of project management experience for PM-1, 8+ years for PM-2.
• Experience with transmission electric utility projects (critical requirement).
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (business or technical field).

• Develop and manage transmission-fed load projects for large-scale industrial clients (20+ MW) or generator interconnections.
• Create and maintain accurate project estimates to support decision-making.
• Initiate project schedules in Primavera P6 and manage project financials in Ecosys.

• Conduct site field visits (approximately 10% travel).
