Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA is seeking a Translational Research Project Manager I to coordinate thoracic oncology translational and biobanking research projects, supporting grant applications, regulatory compliance, and data collection.

The role bridges clinical and laboratory research, supervises staff indirectly, and manages a portfolio of investigator-led projects. Hybrid work includes 2-3 days onsite weekly and remote days possible from New England states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical sciences, public health, or related field.
• Three years of experience in clinical research or project management, preferably translational research.
• Experience with coordinating meetings and maintaining documentation.

Responsabilités

• Operate independently under the guidance of a senior manager to oversee assigned projects.
• Assist PI with grant applications and progress reports.
• Support regulatory compliance including protocol submissions and deviations filings.
• Lead and participate in collaborative meetings with internal and external teams.
• Assist supervisory staff in managing project staff and timelines.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, resources, and communications.
