Victaulic seeks a Training Integration Specialist in Atlanta, GA to lead onboarding, training, and integration of new suppliers and acquired facilities. You will act as the primary training resource, coordinating with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to standardize processes and ensure certifications across the network.

The role requires 3-5+ years in manufacturing or training, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, operations, quality, training, or supplier development.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Ability to travel 50-75% domestically and internationally.
• Strong project management, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fabrication Training Integration and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Plan and deliver training programs for acquired facilities and partners.
• Support certifications, quality expectations, and process standardization.
• Coach suppliers to ensure certification compliance.
• Develop training resources and materials.
