Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Must reside in Topeka, Kansas or be willing to work onsite in Topeka.
• Hybrid-remote position based in Topeka, KS with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning techniques.
• Develop scenarios and training environment data resources to mirror production tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze needs and design deliverables meeting standards.
• Develop assessment tools to measure learner requirements and competencies.
• Teach programs and organize materials for presentation.
• Assess curriculum effectiveness and integrate results into courses.
• Review and update curriculums and policies as applicable.
• Maintain training resources and ensure safety standards.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and group training for staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and tracking; provide reports to leadership.
