Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Reporting Business Analyst to support the KS EO program in a hybrid-remote role based in Topeka, KS. The analyst will create reports, analyze data, and present insights to leadership, using Excel, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Tableau.

Strong communication and data-translation skills are required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; SQL experience is a plus, with on-site work in Topeka, KS mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Excel and Smartsheet experience required.
• Data visualization with PowerBI and/or Tableau.
• Call center reporting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create project-required reports and analyze report data.
• Identify trends, translate data into commentary for leadership.
• Present information to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Design database reports based on requestor requirements.
• Perform queries, data extraction, and analysis to provide reporting solutions.
