Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years in client support or trading operations.
• Exposure to portfolio management or wealth platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication, written and verbal, with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted contact for clients using Quantum for trading and related workflows.
• Provide responsive phone and ticket-based support to resolve issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot portfolio setup, rebalancing, and trade status questions.
• Document questions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams while keeping clients informed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth client outcomes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge articles and process improvements.
