Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an IP Admin Senior Analyst (Trademark Docketing) to join the US IP Admin Team within Service Operations. You will provide trademark docketing support, manage deadlines, process correspondence, and assist prosecution activities across global filings.

The role offers a hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in US offices. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 USD annually, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ year of trademark docketing experience.
• 1+ experience with IP docketing/database systems (FoundationIP or similar).
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a high-volume shared docketing inbox, prioritizing and processing incoming requests across multiple matter types.
• Maintain deadlines for trademark applications, oppositions, cancellations, litigation matters, and foreign filings.
• Analyze correspondence to identify critical deadlines and ensure accurate docket entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding case status and actions.
• Process incoming and outgoing communications within IP management systems.
• Prioritize and execute docketing/de-docketing requests per SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records, including document management and file updates.
• Support complex trademark workflows, including opposition and litigation docketing.
• Assist with quality checks and knowledge of US/international trademark procedures.
