Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or other related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in consumer product goods in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance or relevant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze TPM reporting to forecast shipments and track trade promotions across units.
• Oversee MDF and slotting processes with monthly reporting to monitor compliance and spend.
• Update and share monthly reporting for PPKs, MDF, Slotting, Promo, and IBP; ensure data accuracy in reporting.
• Coordinate monthly allocations across units and channels; work with Customer Service on quantity contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data for trade marketing activities with Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance and Category Management.
• Maintain content pack updates for Field Sales; publish updates.
• Keep the sample mailing list for Field Sales and Brokers.
• Deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting for trade, innovation, and other needs.
