McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Merchan­dising Manager/Display Product Manager in Hunt Valley, MD with a hybrid work model. The role reports to Sales Operations, Senior Manager and focuses on strategic in-store merchandising.

The candidate will translate requirements into timely design and execution while aligning with budget and divisional strategy. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in marketing/sales, 3+ years in merchandising, strong planogram and display design knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of professional marketing/sales experience.
• 3+ years in merchandising, visual merchandising, or display design (CPG/retail).
• Strong display design principles, planograms, and product presentation.
• Experience leading people, projects, and tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of all US Consumer merchandising to include complex floor displays.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and checkpoints to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee capitalized and expensed costs for merchandising vehicles and identify cost savings.
• Coordinate with field sales, trade marketing, marketing, procurement and suppliers.
• Own Special Initiative Programs and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Drive commercial decisions to reduce inventory write-offs (IAR).
• Direct supervision of 2 exempt team members.
