Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to execute import and export compliance activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will classify goods, screen partners against sanctions lists, and file information with regulators to ensure shipments move without delay.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week at the Irvine location, and requires managing HTS/ECCN determinations, AES/EEI filings, and ERP data maintenance for accurate trade records.

• Fluent written and spoken English for US/global teams
• Proactive troubleshooting of shipment holds

Responsibilities

• Classification: HTS and ECCN determinations based on specs and data.
• Regulatory Filings: AES/EEI filings and regulatory submissions.
• Sanctions Screening: Restricted-party screening for sanctions compliance.
• Shipment Coordination: Resolve customs issues to prevent holds or delays.
• Documentation Management: Collect and verify invoices, packing lists, and HAWBs.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain trade master data in ERP and databases.
• Audit & Records: Keep digital records audit-ready at all times.
