Job summary

Intel in Santa Clara is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams for Process Design Kits (PDKs). You will drive end-to-end program execution, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing technical and business priorities.

The role requires deep semiconductor knowledge, strong program management skills, and the ability to influence matrixed organizations across Intel's DTP organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Silicon IP hardware design / SoC hardware design and/or PDK components development/validation.
• Experience delivering large-scale technical projects from concept through release.
• Program management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organizational teams responsible for development, implementation, and release of PDKs.
• Drive program execution across all project phases from requirements to deployment.
• Coordinate activities among multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams including technical leads and engineering managers.
• Define objectives, priorities, schedules, and deliverables balancing technical and business needs.
• Interface between engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Identify and resolve program risks and obstacles with timely decisions.
• Define scope, resources, dependencies, milestones, and cost estimates.
• Maintain and communicate program schedules and progress.
• Drive risk management strategies to achieve goals on schedule.
• Ensure adherence to quality, process requirements, and budget.
