Job summary

IT Voice is seeking a Tier 2 Technician to install, maintain, test, and repair IT infrastructure while delivering essential first-level support. You will be the go-to for resolving routine issues and ensuring smooth IT operations for the Lakeland community.

The role focuses on on-site and remote assistance, with responsibilities including maintaining records, participating in technology projects, and providing guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT with strong maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.
• Must reside in the Lakeland, FL area.
• Pursuing or holding CompTIA+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
• Broad knowledge of computer systems software, hardware, networking, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and resolve user issues.
• Perform general IT support for software and hardware across departments.
• Provide training to staff and student employees on new technologies.
