The role involves planning, governance, and delivery, with a hybrid work model requiring two days per week in a Cognizant office in Durham, North Carolina.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in quality engineering and testing within healthcare payer domains, with experience in Facets, EAM, and application configuration, plus strong SDLC/STLC

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on quality engineering and testing experience in healthcare payer domain.
• Experience with Facets and application configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience leading client-facing test walkthroughs and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirement analysis, test planning, strategy, scenarios, cases, and execution for Facets-based solutions.
• Validate business requirements using Facets, EAM, and configuration.
• Establish and monitor test metrics, risks, and progress across SDLC/STLC.
• Conduct walkthroughs with clients, report outcomes, and drive issue resolution.
• Prepare governance updates and present testing progress to leadership.
