Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Superintelligence Technical Success Engineer to shepherd deployments from contract to production. You will validate configurations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer requirements are met through onboarding and early production.

You will own technical validation, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive blockers to resolution while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with GPU/HPC infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or large-scale Linux systems.
• Comfortable being the technical voice and validating builds; hold engineering teams accountable.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and willingness to dive into networking, storage, or compute issues.
• Track record coordinating across engineering and infrastructure teams to close dependencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication for status updates and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take signed deployments from contract to live production environments and validate configuration, connectivity, storage, and compute.
• Lead validation and troubleshooting discussions; work with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve gaps.
• Coordinate with Infra, Engineering, Product, and Data Center teams to resolve blockers.
• Maintain an accurate deployment picture: built components, open items, risks.
• Provide regular status updates with clear risk signals and actions being taken.
• Guide customers through onboarding to their first successful production workload.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during deployment and early production.
• Create reusable runbooks or checklists from recurring patterns.
