Beck Technology Inc. is seeking a Technical Solution Analyst to support our DESTINI Suite and deliver exceptional client service from Dallas, TX.

This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team and focuses on implementing technical solutions while maintaining ownership of cases. You will diagnose issues across applications and environments, perform remote troubleshooting, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting software products and clients.
• Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support requests through approved channels and prioritize tickets.
• Manage support cases from initial contact to resolution with clear updates.
• Diagnose and resolve application, configuration, data, and environment issues.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions with clients and explain findings clearly.
• Use SQL and support tools to investigate issues and confirm resolutions.
• Document ticket details and resolutions in the support system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Create knowledge base articles and self-service resources.
