Responsibilities

• Serve as a core technical resource for sales, distributors, dealers, installers, and customers.
• Provide guidance on product selection, installation, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Support product evaluations, training, and new product introductions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage technical calls with Sales Managers and field personnel.
• Maintain technical data libraries and coordinate with R&D and Operations.
