Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated invites a Technical Sales Representative Intern to join our Virtual Sales Team. You will interact directly with small and medium customers, offering ingredient recommendations for food & beverage applications and supporting prospecting, account research, CRM management, pipeline tracking, and sales operations.

This internship provides hands-on experience in business development, customer engagement, and revenue generation within a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food or Chemical Engineering or related field with GPA ≥3.0.
• Must have completed at least two years of coursework (sophomore, junior or non-graduating senior).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the internship term.

Responsibilities

• Interact with small and medium customers and provide ingredient recommendations.
• Support prospecting, account research, CRM management, pipeline tracking, and sales operations.
• Collaborate with sales team and cross-functional partners to drive opportunities across the portfolio.
