Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading complex development and integration projects in finance or asset management.
• Strong communication with technology and business partners; ability to drive consensus.
• Experience with Scaled Agile software development and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level programs and delivery roadmaps.
• Define and drive product and technology priorities; align with strategic goals.
• Conduct quarterly PI planning and ensure timely execution of business objectives.
• Develop program plans with goals, scope, schedule, and resources.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to meet objectives.
• Balance business and technical goals while maintaining strong relationships.
