Qualifications

• US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency required.
• 7+ years as Technical Product Manager or similar leadership role managing engineering platforms/toolchains.
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry.
• Bridge engineering, software development, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Hands-on with PLM and engineering tools (Teamcenter, Enovia, CATIA, CAD/CAE).
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile/Scrum.
• Technical experience with cloud platforms, data/analytics, and software development (Python, SQL).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.
• Track record of leading complex technical initiatives delivering business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms aligning architecture with business needs.
• Lead hands-on resolution of bottlenecks affecting productivity or timelines.
• Bridge between software teams and design engineering to translate constraints into outcomes.

• Maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications as the single source of truth.
