Saliense, in the Washington, DC metro area, seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of innovative Solutions Development products. You will work closely with engineers, delivery teams, and customer sponsors to translate complex needs into outcomes.

Hybrid role with 2 onsite days in McLean, VA. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, LLMs, and AI governance will help shape the next generation of enterprise solutions.

Formación

• 3-5+ years delivering software products or related roles.
• Experience managing backlogs and agile ceremonies with Azure DevOps, Jira or GitHub Projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and stakeholder input.
• Ability to write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership (e.g., CIO, CISO, program leadership).
• Willing to commute to the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Solutions Development products.
• Demos, product reviews, and steering sessions with customer sponsors.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability from intake to release and outcomes.
• Lead discovery with end users through interviews and process mapping.
• Collaborate with engineers and UX to deliver features in agile cadence.
• Define success metrics and report progress, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate releases and validate integrations with enterprise systems.
• Shape responsible AI capabilities with stakeholders and policy alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and scope to maintain outcomes focus.
