Qualifications

• 5+ years in live event production or AV project management.
• Strong knowledge of AV, lighting, audio, video systems.
• Ability to read quotes, plan budgets, and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review AV quotes line by line to validate labor, gear, and pricing.
• Draft CAD plots for sessions and breakouts in Vectorworks.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and client communications.
• Lead site surveys, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
