Qualifications

3–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT delivery, or similar role.
Experience in client-facing advisory engagements.
Experience with multi-system implementations and enterprise integrations.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and APIs.
Experience writing user stories and agile acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Define complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product teams across delivery lifecycles.
Lead requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, and sessions.
Support integration testing, UAT, and traceability activities.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
