Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer for our New York, NY office. The role focuses on construction documentation, technical coordination, and site surveys within corporate, commercial, and workplace interiors, including retail banking interiors.

The ideal candidate holds a BA in Architecture (MA a plus) with 5–8 years of experience, expert Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a solid understanding of NYC/IBC codes. Hybrid work with benefits offered.

Formación

• BA in Architecture required; MA a plus.
• 5–8 years of professional technical experience in corporate/commercial interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; strong understanding of contract docs.

Responsabilidades

• Site survey and documentation.
• Produce full construction documentation with detailing and specifications.
• Coordinate with design team, clients, landlords and consultants.
• Review RFIs and shop drawings; support project close-out.
