• Review permits, engineering evaluations and compliance histories prior to visits.
• Draft enforcement documents and compliance programs as needed.
• Perform follow-up inspections and program reviews to verify compliance.
• Audit performance tests and review monitoring reports for accuracy.
• Communicate regulatory background and inspection findings to stakeholders.
