Qualifications

• Solid understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and document complex transactions and provide accounting guidance.
• Evaluate and implement new or revised accounting rules (FASB, SEC, etc.).
• Integrate new GAAP standards into policies and processes.
• Prepare technical memos addressing accounting issues and trends.
• Design workflows to ensure GAAP and SEC disclosure compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors on complex accounting matters.
• Support economic analysis of business opportunities and proposals.
