Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration, or related field (essential).
• 7–9 years related experience in financial systems, ERP, planning, or reporting tools.
• 7–9 years experience in finance, accounting, or information systems.
• 4–6 years cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise financial applications.
• Manage projects from requirements to deployment and post-production support.
• Coordinate with Finance leadership to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Oversee data, metadata, controls, and reporting structures for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation across finance systems and tools.
