Job summary

Wellington Management seeks undergraduates for its 2027 Technology Summer Internship in Boston. This 10-week, paid program offers hands-on software engineering experience, mentorship, and exposure to investment management.

Interns work 40 hours per week, with four days in the office and one remote day, and may receive a housing stipend. Ideal candidates are sophomores or juniors with experience in software engineering, data analysis, or related technical fields and familiarity with Python.

Qualifications

• Current sophomore or junior undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with software engineering, data analysis, or related technical field; Python familiarity.
• Strong communication and teamwork; campus involvement encouraged.
• Eligible for 10-week paid internship starting June 2027; housing stipend included.

Responsibilities

• Summer Project Experience and collaboration with fellow interns to design and build a software application.
• Analyze user needs, gather feedback, and translate into tangible solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience applying software engineering and data analysis skills from requirements to delivery.
• Take ownership of a key project workstream and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders.
• Present project outcomes and lessons learned to senior leaders at program end.
