Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4–8+ years of experience managing technology projects or initiatives.
• Experience in software development project management, IT infrastructure PM, or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience working with technical teams, vendors, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Supports CIO in planning, prioritizing, and managing the IT project portfolio.
• Manages technology projects from initiation through completion, including schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinates software, system implementations, infrastructure, and vendor-led initiatives.
• Drives project schedules, tracks progress, and ensures milestones are met.
• Gathers and documents business and technical requirements.
• Facilitates cross-team coordination across IT domains.
• Prepares project documentation and executive summaries.
• Oversees vendor coordination and delivery.
• Assists intake, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives.
• Contributes to improving PM practices and reporting across IT.
• Acts as the bridge between strategy, execution, and communication.
